At Tegma we make decisions that minimize the impact on the environment. Among the most important measures are the incentive to modernize the fleet to use more efficient engines, the control of smoke from these equipment in order to reduce the emission of pollutants and Greenhouse Gases, the creation of more efficient road implements that reduce the environmental impact of chemical transport operations and the implementation of new technologies for washing trucks, which reduce water consumption.
Tegma has corporate governance that, in addition to encompassing control and planning, looks to the Company’s past and future. Tegma’s corporate governance helps to provide its “stakeholders” with all information in a clear way, so that they can easily assess our performance and check its alignment with growth strategies. The ethical issue is part of the Company’s daily life through the Code of Ethics and Conduct and the concepts are transmitted in the training provided to all employees.
