WHEN WAS THE COMPANY FOUNDED AND WHAT IS ITS HISTORY?
Founding and First Steps
Tegma's history began in 1969, when Fernando Schettino and Francisco Creso founded Transportadora Sinimbu, initially dedicated to transporting meat. In 1971, after negotiations, the company expanded into vehicle transportation for General Motors, from São Caetano do Sul to Rio de Janeiro and Niterói.
Expansion and Consolidation
Over time, Tegma stood out in vehicle transportation, growing through strategic acquisitions and new clients. In 2007, the company took an important step with its IPO on Bovespa/B3, becoming the first in its segment to go public and consolidating its market position.

Vehicle Storage
Vehicle storage mainly consists of parking vehicles outside the automakers' facilities. This service is charged based on length of stay and the number of spaces used.
Yard Management
Yard management, on the other hand, involves administering all vehicles that leave the plant or are imported. Our team is responsible for handling these vehicles, in constant contact with the automaker, ensuring an efficient and smooth operation.
