Tegma’s history began in 1969, when it was founded by Fernando Schettino and Francisco Creso as Transportadora Sinimbu with the transport of meat. In 1971, after commercial negotiations, the vehicle transport operations of the automaker General Motors from the São Caetano do Sul plant to Rio de Janeiro and Niterói began. The expansion of the vehicle transport business was exponential, with acquisitions and the conquest of new customers, making the company one of the largest in the logistics segment in Brazil. In June 2007 Tegma held its IPO at Bovespa/B3, becoming the first company in the segment to go public. Read more in our About Us section.

The vehicle storage service corresponds to the parking of vehicles that leave the vehicle assemblers because there is not enough space inside the factories. The service is performed and charged in terms of time and spaces used. The yard management service corresponds to the service we provide to manage all vehicles that leave the customer’s factory or that are imported. These vehicles are handled by our employees and contact with the assembler is constant.
