With more than 57 years in the market, we are one of the largest logistics operators in Brazil by revenue and a company listed on B3 (Brazil’s main stock exchange) in the Novo Mercado segment.

Specialized in complex, highly critical operations, we offer a full range of services focused on integrated logistics and vehicle logistics. We are one of the largest new-vehicle transportation operators in Latin America, with a 26% market share in Brazil.

We have 22 strategically located branches, totaling 1.9 million square meters of yards. In our operations, we manage more than 1,500 owned and third-party units of equipment and employ around 2,000 people.

We offer a broad and differentiated service portfolio, able to meet each client’s different needs in a customized way.

Timeline

1969

Achieved Great Place To Work certification, recognizing our ongoing commitment to fostering a work environment that values human capital. Over the last 20 years, we have been named the best company 10 times in the Melhores e Maiores do Transporte Moderno yearbook.

1998

Following the merger with the carriers Schlatter and Transfer, and the entry of Axis do Brasil into the partnership, Sinimbu began operating as Axis Sinimbu.

2001/02

Axis Sinimbu acquires Translor Veículos, a pioneer in new-vehicle transportation in Brazil. With Allied Holdings’ exit from Axis do Brasil, Sinimbu and Coimex (another Axis do Brasil partner) take control and begin operating as Tegma, Gestão Logística.

2004

Acquisition of 49% of Catlog Logística Transportes. That year, Tegmax was founded, a group company specializing in automotive auctions. Entry into the General Cargo and Inbound Services segments for the automotive industry.

2007/08

Acquisition of Boni GATX, Coimex Logística Integrada and P.D.I. Comércio, Indústria e Serviços. Founding of Tegma Venezuela. IPO, with a successful debut in B3’s special Novo Mercado segment. Acquisition of 100% of Nortev Transporte de Veículos, specializing in multimodal vehicle transportation for the northern region.

2011/12

Named Best Transportation Company in Brazil by Exame magazine – Melhores e Maiores. Acquisition of Direct Express Logística, a specialist in e-commerce transportation. Acquisition of Trans Commerce Transportes de Carga, specializing in the transportation and distribution of goods over 30 kg for the e-commerce segment.

2014

Sale of Direct Express and discontinuation of Trans Commerce Transportes de Carga operations. Contract signed with a major home appliance manufacturer to optimize parts supply logistics among its suppliers.

2017

Development and implementation of an exclusive equipment project for bulk chemical transportation. Creation of tegUP Ventures, the first Brazilian startup accelerator in the logistics sector.

2018

Start of activities of Tegma and Holding Silotec with GDL Gestão de Desenvolvimento em Logística Participações. Opening of the Vehicle Storage, PDI and Management Services Yard in Araquari (SC), with capacity for 8,000 vehicles.

2019

2022

Achieved Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the second time, following an organizational climate survey, as well as the FEEx – FIA Employee Experience – Organizational Climate certification, granted by FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração. This year’s two certifications confirm our organizational culture and the value we place on our employees.

2023

We received Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the third time. We were recognized as an excellent place to work, the result of our employees’ engagement and trust. Together, we have built an environment where every talent is valued, ideas thrive and work is guided by happiness and satisfaction.

2025

Best and Largest in Transportation - 2020 OTM Editora

In the Melhores do Transporte & Maiores do Transporte yearbook, published by OTM Editora, we were named the best company in the Road Cargo Transportation Operator category for the 11th time.

Tegma Gestão Logística received the FEEx – FIA Employee Experience – Organizational Climate certification, granted by FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração after an internal survey in June 2022.
